Children and extra beds

Free! One child from 0 to 5 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
Free! One child from 6 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One child from 13 to 15 years is charged ZAR 150 per night in an extra bed.
One child from 16 to 18 years is charged ZAR 200 per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Other

Pets - Pets are not allowed.
Cash only/ - we accept any payment method, Debit,Credit cards

Terms and conditions:

1. Bookings will be secured only after proof of payment has been received by us.

2. Check-in time 13H00, check-out time 12H00.

Smoking:

According to South African tobacco legislation, all indoor areas are non-smoking, however we do have tables and chair on the patio available for those who choose to smoke.

Reservations:

All bookings are to be confirmed by email. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due on arrival at the guest house. Credit card facilities are available. Visa, Master and Amex. Banking details are available for EFT. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellations:

In event of cancellation or premature departure, the full period of the booking remains payable. Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full deposit.

- 7 - 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.

- 14 - 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.

- 21 - 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of deposit.

- If you cancel your booking a fee of 10% administration deposit will be held in lieu of handling costs.
